1. Subject and Scope

These terms establish the legal framework for accessing and using the Grain Logistics platform, intended exclusively for companies in the processing and wholesale distribution sector of grains and food raw materials. The platform provides tools for commercial analysis, monitoring stocks in industrial silos, calculating commercial margins, and optimizing high-tonnage road transport routes.

By creating an account and using the services, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accept the terms presented. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Rights and Obligations

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete data upon registration and to update any changes. The account is personal and non-transferable; the user is responsible for all actions carried out under their account.

• Use of the platform for illegal activities or activities that infringe on the rights of third parties is not permitted.
• The data entered (stocks, costs, routes) must correspond to the operational reality of the company.
• The user will not attempt to access restricted areas of the system or disrupt its operation.

2.1. Account Security

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for immediately notifying any unauthorized use. Grain Logistics is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.

3. Provider Rights and Obligations

Grain Logistics (alopilav.com) undertakes to maintain the platform functional and secure, except during periods of planned maintenance or cases of force majeure. The provider may modify or temporarily interrupt services for updates, with prior notice of at least 48 hours.

The provider does not guarantee that data generated by the analysis tools is error-free, but makes reasonable efforts for accuracy. The user is encouraged to independently verify critical results.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Grain Logistics is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, business interruptions, or data loss caused by the use of the platform. The total liability of the provider for any claim is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.

The platform is provided "as is," without explicit or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. The user assumes the risk of use.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website. Data entered by the user (stocks, transactions, routes) is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties without consent, except for legal obligations.

The user may request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting our team at info@alopilav.com.

6. Duration and Termination of the Contract

This agreement comes into effect upon registration and remains valid for the entire duration of platform use. The user may cease use at any time by deleting their account from settings or by written request.

The provider may suspend or terminate the user's access in case of a serious breach of the terms, after a prior notice of 7 days, without affecting previously accrued rights.

7. Modification of Terms

Grain Logistics reserves the right to update these terms. Users will be informed by email at least 14 days before the changes come into effect. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If you do not agree with the changes, you may cease use and request the deletion of your account.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably, and in case of failure, by the competent courts in Romania.
